Membership with the MGNA includes membership with the Canadian Gerontological Nursing Association (CGNA). All membership applications are processed through the CGNA.

Cost
- Full member – active practicing nurse (LPN, RN, RPN) - $80
- Associate member* – allied health care professionals, non-practicing nurses - $40*associate members are unable to vote on meeting business or receive scholarships
- Student member - any student interested in gerontology - $12.50
The membership year runs from April 1 to March 31.
